These terms cover your use of scoutedbrand.com and the ScoutedBrand beta, run by Stinger Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By joining the list or taking part in the beta, you agree to them.

The beta

ScoutedBrand is in beta. Joining the list is free and does not guarantee an invitation. We add athletes as space opens. Beta reports are free. We may change or end the beta at any time.

What the report is

A ScoutedBrand report organizes public information and the answers you give us into observations and suggestions. Suggestions are labeled as ours.

What the report is not

• It is not legal, tax, financial, eligibility or compliance advice.
• It does not estimate NIL value and does not promise any deal, sponsor or income.
• It does not review or negotiate contracts.

You are responsible for following your school's, conference's and state's NIL rules. Check with your school's compliance office before agreeing to any deal.

Your part

• Give accurate information.
• If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must sign up and agree to these terms for you.
• Don't misuse the site, try to access other people's information or interfere with how it works.

Your report and our work

You may use your report and its drafts (bios, messages, media kit) for your own NIL activity. ScoutedBrand's name, design, methods and site content belong to us.

No warranty

The site and beta are provided as is. Public information can change or be wrong, and we mark what we could and could not confirm.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a report.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
