Plain-language consent for the ScoutedBrand beta. By checking the box on the sign-up form, you agree to the following. If you're signing up for an athlete under 18, you agree as their parent or guardian.
What we look at
- Public information about you and your team: roster pages, school announcements and public social media profiles.
- What you tell us, including optional social media screenshots and photos.
Your teammates
Teammates appear in your report only through limited public profile observations, such as whether a profile lists a link or a team tag. Nothing sensitive about anyone else goes in your report.
How your information is used
- Screenshots and photos are used only for your report.
- Your report stays private unless you choose to share it.
- We keep a baseline so we can do the agreed follow-up check.
- We never use you, your report or your words in marketing without separate permission.
What we don't do
We don't make legal, tax, financial, eligibility or compliance decisions for you. Your school's compliance office has the final say.
Leaving
You can leave the beta and ask us to delete your information and report at any time: hello@scoutedbrand.com.
